This manual adapter ring features a built-in electronic confirmation chip, enabling the use of Nikon F-mount lenses (with aperture ring) on compatible Olympus Four Thirds system DSLR cameras. The integrated chip provides focus confirmation (audible beep or viewfinder indicator) when accurate manual focus is achieved, greatly enhancing focusing speed and accuracy. Key Features
1.AF Confirmation Chip: The built-in electronic chip activates the focus confirmation signal (beep or indicator) in the viewfinder upon achieving precise manual focus, aiding in faster and more accurate focusing. (Note: This is a focus aid, NOT autofocus. Manual focusing via the lens ring is required).
2.Supports Infinity Focus: Meticulously machined to maintain the correct flange distance, allowing compatible lenses to achieve sharp focus at infinity, ideal for landscapes and architectural shots.
3.Fixed EXIF Data: The chip transmits fixed, non-programmable EXIF data (50mm F2.8) to the camera for file management. This data is preset and cannot be altered, and does not reflect the lens's actual parameters.
4.Manual Aperture Control: This is a fully mechanical adapter with no electronic aperture control. Aperture must be set manually using the lens's own aperture ring. Lenses without an aperture ring (e.g., G-type) are not supported for aperture control.

Important Usage Notes
1.Required Camera Mode: Set your camera to Manual (M) mode.
2.Manual Aperture Control: Aperture must be set manually using the lens's aperture ring. Lenses without an aperture ring are not supported.
3.Stop-Down Metering: As aperture data is not communicated electronically, you must use stop-down metering. Press the camera's Depth-of-Field Preview button to meter at the shooting aperture.
4.Focusing and Shooting: Manually focus using the lens ring. Observe the AF confirmation indicator. Once the confirm signal activates, take the picture.
