Shipping & Delivery

At Pixco, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

In-stock items are typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed after 1:00 PM (Central Time, US) will be processed on the next business day. Weekend orders will be processed on the following Monday. Orders will not be processed on major holidays. If there is any issue with your order, we will notify you via email within one business day.

Expedited Shipping (Overnight & 2-Day)

Orders requesting overnight or 2-day delivery are generally shipped on the same day if placed before 3:00 PM (Central Time, US). Orders placed after this cutoff will be shipped the next business day. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon arrival. Pixco is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
