This metal adapter ring, with a built-in focus confirmation chip, enables the use of classic Hasselblad V-system or similar medium format lenses on Sony/Minolta A-mount (MA) DSLR cameras. It is a lens element-free, purely mechanical solution that provides focus confirmation on compatible bodies, offering a cost-effective way to explore the rendering characteristics of medium format optics. Please note: The chip EXIF data is factory locked at 50mm F1.7 and cannot be edited.

5.Shooting Mode Notes: Supports Aperture Priority (A/Av) mode for auto-exposure (aperture value not displayed). Program (P) and Shutter Priority (S/Tv) modes will only release the shutter without auto-exposure; Manual (M) mode is recommended.
Important Usage Notes
1.Compatibility Notice: Compatible with Hasselblad V-mount lenses. Works with most Sony A-mount and Minolta A-mount DSLR/SLR cameras, but does NOT work with Sony SLT cameras like the A99 and A99 II.
2.Mounting & Removal: To mount, align the red dots on the adapter and lens, then rotate clockwise until locked. To remove, first detach the lens+adapter combo from the camera, then press the lens lock to separate them.
3.Image Notes: Some lenses may produce vignetting on full-frame cameras. The distance scale on the lens is for reference only.
