This is a dedicated macro photography tool that allows you to mount Nikon F-mount DSLR lenses onto Pentax K-mount (PK) SLR cameras. Its specific design removes the ability to focus to infinity, instead locking the lens's focus range to extremely close distances, providing a cost-effective solution for close-up and macro work.
Key Features & Critical Notes
1.Dedicated Macro Design: This adapter does NOT support infinity focus. It is engineered specifically to allow the lens to focus at very close range, for macro and close-up photography only.
2.Fully Manual Operation: The adapter provides a physical connection only. Automatic diaphragm (AE metering), autofocus, and all auto functions are NOT supported. Full manual focus (MF) and exposure control are required.
3.Precision All-Metal Construction: Both the camera (PK mount) and lens (F mount) sides are made of brass, precision-machined, and chrome-plated for durability and a rock-solid connection.
4.Secure, Wobble-Free Platform: High-tolerance manufacturing ensures a perfect fit with no play, gaps, or wobble after mounting, providing a stable platform for macro shooting.
5.Compatibility Note: This adapter is designed for Nikon F-mount lenses and Pentax K-mount (PK) SLR cameras. It is NOT compatible with Nikon Z-mount lenses or Pentax Q-mount cameras.
